how can you help? 

We are currently looking for a smart, proactive and skilled content writer to help us telling our story. This is no typical copywriting gig: our subject is a challenging one and our audience ranges from business executives across a range of industries, to data scientists and tech enthusiasts. In addition to writing, this person will need to help plan and execute elements of our communication strategy, such as our social media calendar and customer newsletters. With plenty of room for growth, this is a great career opportunity for someone looking to develop their content skills in a thriving industry.  



  • Liaise with colleagues and internal experts to gather insights that will inform your content;
  • Create digestible, compelling stories out of often complex material (and enjoy the process!); 

  • Produce concise, compelling, response-driven posts for our social media channels;  

  • Research and write original longform content such as blogposts and white papers; 

  • Represent the DefinedCrowd brand through well-crafted messaging and tone of voice; 

  • Adapt content for specific channels, formats and segments of our (mostly B2B) audience; 

  • Work closely with designers to ensure copy and imagery work together cohesively .


  • A skilled writer who takes pride in proofreading accuracy and pleasure in creating great content; 
  • A native English speaker with 3-5 years’ experience of professional copy or content writing;
  • Open and receptive to feedback, seeing it as an opportunity to make your words work harder;
  • Collaborative and curious: you’re happy to work across teams and learn about challenging subjects in the field of AI (a tech background would be great; enthusiasm is even more essential);
  •  Organized and strategic: you’re conformable owning projects end-to-end and are keen to understand how your work contributes to the bigger picture.
