Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Translate client business requirements, user needs and technical requirements into designs that are engaging, innovative and functional;
  • Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs for creative assets – including icons, infographics, illustrations, logos, webpages, presentations, flyers, rollups, etc. - from beginning to end and across platforms;
  • Manage multiple design project timelines and calendars, ensuring deliverables stay on track and expectations are met;
  • Continuously refine the unique look and feel of DefinedCrowd’s family of brands;
  • Market and promote products and features so clients and users (internal and external) understand what they're getting and what the benefits are;
  • Communicate effectively and collaboratively within a global cross-functional team, working closely with copywriters, other designers and internal stakeholders;
  • Stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes and trends in the visual design field.

Job requirements

  • BA degree in Design (e.g., graphic, visual communications) or a related field or equivalent practical experience;
  • Experience designing brand identities, grid systems, editorial layouts, webpages and other digital materials;
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign – and Office 365 – Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined designs in a short time;
  • Self-learning, able to pick up new tools quickly and work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment;
  • Collaborative and genuinely open to feedback, adapting work and reiterating on ideas in order to meet both business and customer needs
